Hell Parking

The place that I’m renting now has a critical parking situation. It all started when the management ask us to replace the old car sticker to a new one (fugly). I have changed mind and the problem is some of the others have not and the security guard is confused and letting them in without really checking whether they are still renting there.

It got even worst when the security guards management hired new personals. The new guys are so stupid that they even let in those without sticker. Ask why they are not doing their job, one of them even have the courage to tell my fiancée that there were residents car who have not managed to get the new stickers and ask us to park outside. I don’t know where these guys are from but they are sure lazy and stupid. I myself can show you which car doesn’t have the right to park inside.

Today, people who have new stickers have to fight for parking spaces with those who have “expired” stickers and also those who “tak tahu malu” people who say that they a residents there when they are not. Plus that with retarded security guard who sleeps on the job, you get piss off people who just park their car anywhere they want.
There is a simple solution for all this trouble, change the dumb ass security guard and let professional ones blast those idiotic care owners who are still in love with their expired car stickers and also those faggots who forgotten where they live and have the nerve to park on other peoples parking lot.

I hope that the management solves this problem soon. I’m getting tired of going around the parking lot looking for an empty lot. To add to the pain, the stupid security guards presented me with a pink “Do Not Park Here” letter pasted on the rear car window. I had to peel it off slowly…bastards!

The Funds Are In (PayPal)

I have successfully transferred my PayPal funds into my Citibank Visa credit card. The whole process took about 4 days to complete and it’s a good thing considering that PayPal estimated the whole process would take about 5 to 7 days to clear.

On Tuesday, I made a request to withdraw USD371.00 from my PayPal account to my Citibank Visa. Note that the credit card that I’m using is already verified by PayPal.

I don’t know how long it would take a non verified credit card to process but you still can withdraw using one. One more thing to remember, your credit card would offset any outstanding balance that you owed them with the funds that are going in.

Yesterday PayPal completed the process from their side and all I have to do is to wait for Citibank to credit the funds in. I thought it was going to be next week. But then again…

Today when I went in Citibank Online, I was greeted by the funds credited in my credit card accounts. They credited in RM1262.99 from the USD371.00 that I have transfer. That’s about the same exchange rate that the current rate the market is using.

You can always Google to find out the rate.

PS: I don’t know yet what I should do with extra funds in hand. I had always wanted an iPod. That’s the main reason why I did paid reviews. The iPod touch is here, maybe I should get one…

Withdrawal Completed (PayPal)

From PayPal side, my withdrawal request has been completed. It took PayPal about 3 days to process the transfer to my verified credit card.

I then went to Citibank Online to confirm whether the funds where in or not. As of 9:24am this morning, there is yet any indication of the transfer. Maybe it will take a while for Citibank Malaysia to process the transfer.

Fingers Crossed (PayPal)

I just confirm my PayPal withdrawal request this morning. It’s not much but I don’t want it to stay inside the account any longer. I had it since March this year and left it there because I believe sooner or later PayPal would open up, and they did.

PayPal said that it would take about 5 to 7 days to process. I have waited until now and I don't mind waiting a little bit more. Hopefully Citibank Malaysia would approve the transfer without any problem. As for the exchange rate, I’m not that very sure at all. If you refer to the internet, the exchange rate would be around (USD1.00 = RM3.41). But that also depends on the bank as they would go for the lowest rate they can go…I think. I just hope it wouldn't be lower then RM3.20.

PS: I will update again on this matter soon.
